Why We're Different
Everybody says they're different, so who really is and why? Many claims to being different can't be verified: "We're better", "we care", "We're the best", and so on. Being different should be something we do, not just something we say. For instance, our company motto...INTEGRITY, QUALITY,VALUE is easy to say but do we back it up? Judge for yourself!
INTREGRITY
We place two window lables on our vehicles (only one is required by law). Our price and equipment lable (not required) includes information concernig the options on the vehicle you are investigating and the PRICE. How many dealers have you visited that either don't have a price lable at all or at the bottom of the lable it says "ask a salesperson"? Our prices don't change just because we think you like our vehicle.
Also, most used car shoppers want information about vehicle history. We provide it upfront, you don't have to ask. Placed inside everyone of our vehicles is the DAN TUCKER AUTO SALES INFORMATION PACKET including a full vehicle history report. Transparency concerning price and vehicle history help remove doubt and mistrust from the used vehicle purchasing process.
Quality
If you ask us "Do you sell good cars?", we will of course say "yes". But can you verify it? Used vehicle quality is directly related to reconditioning (discovering and repairing problems before vehicles are offered for sale). At Dan Tucker Auto Sales we do recondition our vehicles and back them up with a warranty (the lable that is required by law). A 6-MONTH / 6000 MILE WARRANTY!! our warranty comes at NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Any vehicle we sell with less than 100,000 miles comes with our warranty. At the time of this writing, our regular warranty is at least twice as long as warranties offered other dealers on comparable vehicles.
Would you like have a mechanic or someone you trust check out a vehicle before you buy? That's a good idea! Our mechanics have already checked it and we don't mind if you do.
